Terms and Conditions of Sale
By purchasing from markreinart.com (“Mark Rein Art”, "me", "I", "we", "us"), you ("customer", "client", "collector", "you") agree to the below terms and conditions of sale. Contact me via email if you have any questions prior to your purchase.
This page includes the current terms and conditions applicable to all sales, whether online, in person, or otherwise. We reserve the right to change these terms at any point in time and without notice.
The products depicted on this website were photographed in optimal conditions and edited to appear as close to the original artwork as possible. However, due to the varying nature of screens and monitors there may be slight differences in tone, colour or brightness.
Originals and Prints
Original artwork may contain traces of pencil marks or exposed canvas, as well as some noticeable bumps of paint on the edges. This is all part of the creative process and will not affect the overall look of the piece.
All originals are sold ready-to-hang, with D-rings and wire in place.
Please ensure your wall space has the appropriate hardware fixed to the wall to support the artwork, as Mark Rein Art will not be liable for any damage or loss should the hardware fail.
If you are not sure if an artwork is suitable for your space, please ask for a mockup. All this requires is an email from you with some clear and focused photos of your preferred wall space and the name of my artwork in the comments. I will digitally place my artwork on your wall pics to see how they look, at no charge.
All prints are produced by a professional printing company in Mount Victoria, NSW.
Prints are sent to you packed safely, unframed.
All prints are produced on Ilford 310gsm paper, using no optical brighteners to ensure colours stay true.
Due to COVID-19 there may be delays in shipping.
While most orders are shipped within 5 days from time of purchase, please expect an additional 5-7 days waiting time for prints, due to these being made-to-order.

Outside of Australia: $30
Mark Rein Art is not responsible for any additional fees relating to delivery outside of Australia, e.g. customs or duty fees. The responsibility for these sits with the customer, and you may be required to pay additional fees to collect your package. Mark Rein Art is not responsible for these duties, taxes and/or fees. If these charges are billed to Mark Rein Art by the carrier, we reserve the right to charge your credit card on file without notice.
Insurance is not included in the price of shipping and handling. If you wish to add insurance please email us prior to making your purchase to discuss this option.
Orders placed using a credit card with an international billing address will go through a process of fraud verification, which may delay the delivery time of your order. All international orders must have the same billing and shipping address.
If the item is not received/picked up by the client and sent back to us by the shipping company, the customer will be charged any fees incurred to Mark Rein Art. The Customer will be charged an additional shipping fee to re-send the item.
Small prints are packed with layers of protection in a sturdy flat envelope. A3-size prints are usually sent rolled in a tube.
Original canvas artwork is protected with several layers of bubble wrap, and shipped in a carton box.
Once an order is given to the delivery carrier, Mark Rein Art will not be liable for any damage or loss incurred during delivery, nor any late or missing deliveries.
If the courier/carrier has documented the parcel as delivered, and the customer has not received the delivery, this is to be taken up by the customer with the delivery company.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure their delivery address & details are correct, as Mark Rein Art will not be liable for any consequent loss or damage incurred, including parcels delivered to the wrong address.
If you receive a damaged parcel, please clearly document the incident with photos and/or a video, and reach out within 48 hours of receipt. We can then discuss appropriate next steps.
We reserve the right to determine an appropriate response in these instances.
All sales are final. No refunds, credit or exchange will be offered for change of mind, so please choose carefully.
If you are not sure about a piece and would like some further information, reach out to us prior to discuss.
If, at our discretion, a refund or exchange is offered to the customer for any reason, the customer is required to cover the cost of shipping to return the item being refunded, and the cost of shipping to cover the new item being sent (if applicable).
Mark Rein Art asserts the right to all copyright and intellectual property of the artwork and imagery. Images cannot be copied, sold, or otherwise distributed, online or otherwise, without our prior consent.
In the event of a dispute, we maintain the right to choose the method of resolution based on the legal options available. The terms of this agreement and any disputes relating to it will be governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
